Reporting and Governance
Annual and Semi-Annual Reports
Twice a year, we publish comprehensive reports for our Sweden-registered funds. These reports include manager commentary, key performance indicators, and an overview of the fund’s recent development.
Remuneration Policy
Quartal maintains a clear remuneration policy and structured processes to ensure a sound, fair remuneration structure across the entire group.
Order Execution Policy
Our order execution policy legally requires our fund managers to secure the best possible price when placing market orders, acting solely in the best interest of unit holders.
Asset Protection
The assets within a fund are legally separated from the fund company and held by an independent custodian institution (usually a bank). If the fund company were to go bankrupt, the fund’s value remains entirely unaffected and secure.

Quartal Funds Ab, Swedish Branch is an active member of the Swedish Fund Management Companies Association (Fondbolagens förening).
We adhere to the Swedish Code for Fund Companies, which promotes sound operations and protects public trust in fund savings. We also strictly follow industry guidelines regarding employees’ personal transactions with financial instruments to prevent market abuse and conflicts of interest.
